Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)
  • Personalised or custom-made items

How to Request a Return Simply email us at hello@luneetoile.co.uk with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you’d like to return
  3. The reason for your return

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Return Postage Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
